The latest video games feature gorgeous graphics and blazing fast speeds but architectural design software is painfully slow to navigate and even slower to render. Why the difference – especially since architects and game designers both create virtual worlds?
VIMtrek is answering that question by bridging the gap between gaming software and architectural rendering programs. Using the backbone of cutting-edge game engine technology, the VIMtrek Producer application is able to rapidly convert Autodesk Revit® designs into immersive, beautifully rendered, and interactive environments, and then share these locally or over the Internet.

Oleg Maddox, a well-known computer games' and innovative imaging technology developer, the head of the team that created the famous series of flight simulators IL-2 Sturmovik, heads the technical department of the 3DreamTeam company. We interviewed Oleg for our blog.

Vizerra world differs from the real world, and in some places one still can notice how it works. And by the way: how does it work?
What did the ancient people know about the world? That the world is probably flat and is located in the center of the universe. That the world does not collapse, as it is resting on the back of a huge animal, or rocking on the endless waters of the ocean. That the world has its Creator, and its existence makes superrational sense unfathomable for the mere mortals.
With the centuries going by, the world was growing, acquiring a spherical shape, and suddenly became just one of many worlds in the universe. But the Vizerra 3D world is still very young and therefore still resembles Earth in the way that people have seen it for many years before.
